These hours and fee’s will be effective from 1st September 2010, as the government have brought in new guidelines and increased the amount of funding they allow each child from 12 ½ hours to 15 hours per week.

1. •Mornings        =    9am – 12pm             = £11.10    3 hour session
   

1. •Lunch            =    12pm – 1pm             = £2.20    1 hour session
   

1. •Afternoon       =    1pm – 3.30pm          = £9.25    2 ½ session
   

1. •All day, with no funding                   = £22.55 (9am – 3.30pm)
   

1. •Early drop off or late pick up            = £1.85 (8.30am – 9am)

Please note that “Early drop off” or “late pick up” should be agreed with the Manager beforehand.

The academic year is split into 6 terms.  Your child is entitled to 15 hours Government Funding per week, with a minimum of 2 ½ and a maximum 6 hours in any one day.  Any extra hours/sessions will be invoiced and are payable 2 weeks before the end of that term.  Government Funding is available to children the term after they reach the eligible age of 3.  There is an insurance charge of £4.50 per term and this will be included.  Fee’s are calculated and given out within the first two weeks of the term.  You will receive 6 invoices over the academic year.  If you do not pay your bill on time, we may not be able to hold any extra sessions you have secured.  If you are having difficulty in paying your bill, please let us know as we may be able to help.  There are no refunds for sickness/holidays.
